Since the military started using online education, more distance learning studies schools have appeared, eager to educate the minds of those who are working and still want to attend college. These schools allow the working adult to take classes on his or her schedule and further his or her education in his or her available time. This has become a viable option for many people, and since employers now believe in online education and honor these degrees, these degrees can earn students a ticket to a new career or promotion. With distance learning studies, a student in Maine can obtain a degree from a Californian school without ever leaving home, and students in foreign countries can obtain an American education without the need of a green card and an education visa. With online education, the world’s entire spectrum of colleges, universities and institutes is available with the click of a button. Long distance studies have the potential to make a serious difference in many lives, and these differences will always be for the better.
