These tones can very easily get lost in the process of putting the information into a computer and then transmitting the information from one person to the next. Tone is not black and white, but rather a rainbow of information that is difficult to turn into a two dimensional, black and white image. For this reason, internet-based math classes are often rated easier to understand and comprehend than other subjects, even if the student is more academically-inclined toward those other courses. Math is a vital part of society, and it is only for the benefit of humankind that a student will often excel in an online math course. Even if the student is majoring in something else, there are always checkbooks that need to be balanced.
